Methods of payment
- Payment of the order fee is made either by credit card, cash on delivery where you can pay the carrier the purchase price. Either through your prepaid card,
through PayPal's secure online payment service, or
by deposit with the bank account of Piraeus Bank with account number 5216-096254-351 , IBAN GR 11 0172 2160 0052 1609 6254 351 beneficiary Sales Net OE , where the costs of remittance are borne entirely by the depositor.
- Your order will be in standby mode until the bank has confirmed that the amount has been deposited. Typically the time to wait for a confirmation is up to 3 business days. To facilitate the procedure, please send us a copy of the depository together with your order number and full name at: firstname.lastname@example.org. Alternatively, you can send us the date, the bank, and the deposit reason, together with your order number, your name and a phone number to the above email address. If you do not submit within 3 business days, your order will be cancelled.
- Accepted cards are Visa, MasterCard, Maestro.
- Accepted cards are those that appear as an option in the electronic order system.
- On your order form you should complete the requested and required information of your credit card, for which the correct registration and truth of the credit card is the beneficiary.
- The company does not accept orders with payments in instalments.
- The fee shall be made subject to prior validation and certification of the data and the available balance.
If the competent bank or the network fails to accept such transaction, the purchase shall not take place.
- The use of a third-party credit card is not allowed.
- The Company has no liability in the event of non-legal use of credit cards.
- Credit card transactions are conducted in a secure encrypted environment of the Bank in an environment outside lovebirds.gr
- In the event the order cannot be completed because the bank has failed to charge the credit card, you can contact customer service to initiate your order using a different payment method.
- For purchase via PayPal, transfer to PayPal's page is necessary to complete account information.
- All our prices include 24% VAT.
All orders are sent within Greece with a partner company Courier.
Upon completion of your order, shipment takes 1 to 3 business days. (Unless otherwise indicated on the product page.)
Your order's shipping details and tracking information will be sent to you at the email address you indicated when your transaction is complete.
All products are shipped by courier service at the place you designated in the "Delivery" step during your order.
Shipment shall be made on a daily basis, except on Sundays, public holidays and days of general strikes.
The lovebirds.gr online store delivers its products all over Greece.
Lovebirds.gr does not send packages to post offices and does not deliver the products to minors or persons under custody without the written authorization of their parents or guardians.
Your order can only be sent to the information you provided.
All orders are processed during business days (Monday through Friday) and hours (10:00-16:00), except for official holiday days. Please note that orders registered between Friday 12.00 p.m. and Monday 08:00 am they will be executed on Monday morning.
GREECE: The cost of transport is € 3,99 and € 3 for the service cash on delivery (for packages up to 2 kg).
CYPRUS: Transport costs are 19,50€ (for packages of up to 2 kg).
BULGARIA: Transport costs are 9,99€ (for packages of up to 2 kg).
EUROPE: Transport costs are 28,99€ (for packages of up to 1.5 kg).
Prices quoted include VAT.
The above list is indicative and there may be additional charges on extremely voluminous items. You will be informed of the exact cost of transport during the order completion process.
If the country to which the products are dispatched and delivered is outside the European Union, there is a possibility that you will be called upon to pay customs duties and/or other charges by the competent authorities. Lovebirds.gr is in no way able to control these charges and in no way can it inform Customers of the costs involved. Customers shall bear the relevant costs in such cases. Lovebirds.gr is not responsible for or subject to any obligation to cover or reimburse these costs.
